2006
Q2 The Company entered into strategic contracts with Jurong shipyard and Aker Solutions
for the first FPSO conversion project
Q2 Aker Floating Production ASA was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

2007
Q2 Aker Floating Production entered a charter contract and an FPSO operation contract with the Indian oil company Reliance Industries Ltd, for FPSO Dhirubhai-1.

2008
Q3 FPSO Dhirubhai-1 left the conversion yard, hooked up on the East Coast of India and commenced oil production.
Q3 First Oil 16 months after Contract Award and 7 weeks after FPSO leaving the yard.

2009
Q4 Dhirubhai-1 FPSO begins gas export to shore.

2010
Q4 Aker Floating Production has 100% commercial uptime in 2010 and passes 600 days without LTIs.

2011
Q4 Aker Floating Production has 100% commercial uptime in 2011 and passes 900 days without LTIs.

2012
Q1 Aker Floating Production ASA was delisted on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and is now 100% owned by Ocean Yield
